LectraScan Institution gives departments and schools pooled usage, an admin dashboard, and audit logs. Pricing is bespoke based on lecturer count and scan volume.
What you get
- Centralized billing for all lecturers in a department
- Admin dashboard with usage and audit logs
- Pooled scan usage across the department instead of per-lecturer quotas
- Bulk export: one archive of per-document PDFs for a whole class or assignment, with a manifest listing every file. Up to 250 documents per archive, kept for seven days, optionally with roster names removed from the text.
- Priority processing — your scans are queued ahead of lower tiers
- A Data Processing Addendum and a named sub-processor list
SSO and custom retention schedules are not available today. Tell us if you need them and we will confirm in writing whether and when we can deliver them before you sign.
