Common questions
Scanning and OCR
- Scan in good light and keep the page flat — accuracy improves noticeably.
- Every AI transcription flags the words it is uncertain about. AI can make mistakes; lecturer review is always required before any grading or feedback decision.
Subscriptions and billing
- Purchased on iPhone/iPad: manage or cancel in Apple subscriptions.
- Purchased on Android: manage or cancel in Google Play subscriptions.
- Purchased on the web: manage or cancel from the billing portal on your account page.
- A subscription purchased on any platform unlocks the same plan everywhere you sign in.
Your data
- Export everything from Settings → Export my data in the app, or from your account page.
- Delete your account and all data: see Delete your account.
